Abstract. Въпреки че хиляди българи остават под пряката власт на султана и след Освобождението, въпросът за църковното строителство и свързаните с него правни рамки, институции и процедури са изследвани предимно за периода преди 1878 г. На базата на непубликуван изворов материал настоящият текст прави опит да реконструира административните процедури, през които трябва да премине молбата на малоазийските българи, жители на селата Коджабунар и Аладжабаир, преди да бъде издаден ферман с разрешение за строителство или ремонт на православен храм.

Abstract. On the basis of unpublished source material, the present text attempts to reconstruct the administrative procedures through which the request of the Malaysian Bulgarians living in the villages of Kodjubunar and Aladjabaira must be passed before a statuary is issued with permission to build or repair an Orthodox temple.

Abstract.. Настоящата статия разглежда въпроса доколко нормализацията в американско-китайските взаимоотношения в началото на 70-те години влияе върху тези между Съединените щати и Съветския съюз. Разгледани са четири аспекта от отношенията между суперсилите – преговорите за статута на Западен Берлин; тези за споразумението САЛТ I; войната между Индия и Пакистан през декември 1971 г.; конфликтът във Виетнам в контекста на диалога между САЩ и СССР. Представена е тезата, че триъгълната дипломация играе ефективна роля в контекста на разведряването между свръхдържавите и в Европа, но деструктивна – в Азия.

THE ROLE OF THE “CHINA CARD” IN U.S. – SOVIET RELATIONS, 1969 – 1972: THE AMERICAN PERSPECTIVE
Abstract. The article focuses on the question how the normalization of U.S. – Soviet relations in the beginning of the 1970s influenced the communication between the superpowers. Four main aspects of the dealings between the United States and the Soviet Union are discussed. They are: the negotiations about the status of Berlin and SALT I; the India-Pakistan and Vietnam wars in the context of relations between the two principal powers of the Cold War period.
The main conclusion presented is that triangular diplomacy played an effective role in Europe, but a destructive one in Asia.

THE THEORY OF INTERACTION BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT AND PARLIAMENT IN THE HISTORIOGRAPHY OF THE TWENTIETH CENTURY

Abstract. The article is devoted to the analysis of interaction between government and parliament in historiography of the XX century. This period is characterized deepening of research the separate aspects of cooperation between government and parliament. At the same time there is a change of accents in the study of this theme. It was related to increase of volume of government work, complications of functions of state administration and strengthening of role of executive power at the beginning ХХ of century. Special attention was paid to the analysis of the evolution and evaluation of the effectiveness of the delegated legislation in European countries. It is also needed to mark that this period is presented mainly West-European and American historiography, because for researchers of socialist countries this theme was not actual.

Abstract. Представената статия е опит да се преодолеят някои от митовете, с които е „обрасло“ Българското възраждане, и на тази основа да се посочат неговите истински постижения. Най-важното постижение според автора е способността на българите да се самоорганизират, без да са направлявани от някаква централна власт. Първият и най-съществен урок от историята на Възраждането е в полза на спонтанността и свободата. Спонтанният ред, възникнал без да е планиран от някого, може да даде и дава някои резултати, които не се харесват на всички. В крайна сметка обаче, свободният обмен на идеи, свободната конкуренция между различни политически концепции, свободната стопанска инициатива водят до развитие, което облагодетелства възможно най-голям брой хора.

VERBAL LOGIC GAMES IN HISTORY EDUCATION
Abstract. The study is dedicated to the range of didactic games in History education. There are seven methodical approaches: “Bluff Club”, “Business Cards”, “Historic Maritime Chess” (“Noughts and Crosses”), “Mnemotechnics”, “Determining the Location”, “Spy-Scouts” and “Three Directions”. The recommendations are suggested for their preparation and conduct. The examples used are in line with new curricula and textbooks on the History and Civilizations subject.
