The Mood of the Verb in the Textbooks of Bulgarian Languge for the 7TH Grade of the School: Approches and Practices
Absract. t. The article aims at presenting, in terms of comparison, the ways of how the morphological category mood of the verb are developed in the actual textbooks, according to the new curriculum for the 7th grade in the general secondary education course of the Bulgarian secondary school. The observations lay on the base of eight textbooks with different authoring teams. Several key criteria have been selected, as number of lesson articles, terminology used, grammatical content, practical skills and didactic effect. The author expresses her views based on voluntary and gratuitous work for debugging the textbooks in Bulgarian language, which contributes to the enlargement of the professional and the broader social audience with interest to the topical issues of the Bulgarian education. Specific practical examples are discussed with regard to compiling HBO (National External Assessment) tests.

About the Volume of Phrazeology
Absract. The subject of this article is the broad and narrow understanding of the phraseology. In this connection are examined the criteria for the classification of the phrasing units and the rhetorical code, on the basis of which a large part of the units in the phraseology are differentiated. Attention is paid on the rhetorical code, on the basis of which a large part of the phrasing units are defined - metaphor, metonymymus, hyperbola and others. The author comes to the conclusion that the constraints imposed by the narrow concept, are not always right.

On the Processes of Adaptation of Bulgarian Names in Tsaribrod, Serbia
Abstract. This study is motivated by the legal possibility of spelling the names of Bulgarian national minority members in the Republic of Serbia in accordance with the Bulgarian spelling standard. The paper presents the historical and administrative aspects of the spelling of personal and, in particular, family names of Bulgarians in Tsaribrod, Serbia.

On Translation Errors in Bulgarian Speech Practice of Foreigners
Absract. The act of translating is usually defined as transferring the meaning of a text from one language to another, taking care mainly of the functional relevant meaning. There is a formulation of basic requirements of a translation: making sense; conveying the spirit and manner of the original; having a natural and easy form of expression; producing a similar response.
Translation is a matter of motivated choice. Omissions, additions and alterations may be justified but only in relation to intended meaning.
The article represents the translation errors made by Polish students studying Bulgarian at Sofia University. Error analysis is an important procedure used by teachers in order to improve the communicative competence of the foreign students.

Studying a Public Speech in Bulgarian Language
Absract. The article view the concept public speech and its usages during the Bulgarian language learning in the period VIII – XI grade. We argue that public speech is an argumentative text . The main topic of the text are characteristics of public statement as an argumentative text. We show how students can improve their cognitive and metacognitive skills, text-creating skills and presentation skills. In the second part we show model for working with public speech in class. One of the more important topic is how teacher can help students to improve their engagement in civil society`s process and how to show adequately and convincing their opinion.

“The Theme of Youth” and Poetry in Bulgarian Cinema During the 70s and 80s of the Twentieth Century
Absract. The present text deals with the specific characteristics of the so-called “theme of youth” in Bulgarian cinema during the 70s and 80s of the 20th century. The development of the discussed theme is analyzed in the films “Trampa” (1978), “Mass Miracle” (1981), “Reflections” (1982) and “Megi” (1989). Special emphasis is placed on the role of the verses which are incorporated in these films as well as on the possibilities of interpretation that this creative gesture offers.

“Road througt the Years” – Reshape of the Time
Absract. By examining the “Path Through the Years”, the study draws conclusions about the construction of memory in the memoir realm of Konstantin Konstantinov. It traces the extent to which the literary history in the book approaches or departs from both the literary history proclaimed after 1944 and today. The reflection on the first reviews of “Path Through the Years” leads to conclusions about the shift in attitude towards the book over the decades, which supports the thesis that the past and the perceptions towards it are differentiated and reevaluated in accordance with the pulse of time.
