Absract. The article presents a theoretical analysis of creating the inclusive learning environment for supporting the student's personal development in school. An understanding of the necessary connectivity of digital learning and non-formal education based on their mutual influence and complementarity is argued, so that the environment is learner-centered, structured and well-organized, personalized, inclusive, social. In accordance with up-to-date regulatory documents, opportunities are offered for the effective utilization of connectivity, in accordance with the contributions of informal education and digital learning, in the direction of supporting the development of the student's personality.
